Return period
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- The product must be unused, in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Custom-made or made-to-measure items, and products altered at the customer's request, cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Clearance and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will repair, replace or refund it at no extra cost.
How to request a return
- Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone with your order number.
- Our team will review the request and arrange pickup.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will confirm the exchange or refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are made using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Delivery and pickup fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.
